| Passionate about people development and helping companies to succeed! Enthusiastic, and energetic in thought and speech. I have over 18 years of successful experience for Start-Ups and Big Consolidated firms like PeopleSoft ( Oracle now) in in ERP | Business Intelligence | New Technologies, helping companies to increase sales, close complicate deals , social selling and fixing cross cultural communication issues. Born in Barcelona but with a very international background including Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris, London, San Francisco, Miami , I have learnt to solve critical communication issues with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments and different generations. I have an extensive experience in Sales and Marketing having performed many roles as in Business Development, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Country Manager. I am an expert in the latest new sales methodologies : NeurosSales and Social Selling and I facilitate trainings and coach sales teams to increase sales and improve the communication to create highly motivated teams. Following my passion and natural ability to communicate and connect with people I became an expert facilitator at corporate events and meetings, form idea conception to organising, hosting, moderating, motivating the audience and facilitating specialised workshops in the areas : Motivation, Communication, "Human relationships at work: a challenge" , Transformation, Adapting to change for success, among others. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Economic Sciences and Management at UB University, Masters in Finance by EAE and Certified Coach with NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming ) by The Society of NLP™ .
