| Lourdes Lopez graduated in Psychology in 02’ and obtained the CIPD qualification in 08’ and a Postgraduate in Leadership in 11'. She started her career in 03’ in the Michael Page Group, where she worked as a recruitment consultant in Barcelona. In 05’ she moved to London to work for the PSD Group as a Senior Consultant, recruiting into the banking sector. After two years, she moved to a small executive search firm to work on projects across the USA, Europe and Africa, for top tier financial institutions. In 10’ Lourdes set up Global Research Professionals in Barcelona. Global Research Professionals (GRP Group) is a recruitment firm covering mid to senior level direct searches. GRP Group is one of the fastest growing companies of the sector and currently works for top tier companies and SMEs across Europe, Africa and The Americas. |
